Swindon, England, Feb 20, 2020 -- A Swindon-based outsourcing adviser has acquired a South African quality assurance company.
Woven's acquisition of BYC Aqua Solutions was announced on Thursday 19 February.
Founded in 2002, Cape Town-based BYC Aqua Solutions specialises in outsourced quality, coaching and software services. It operates in and serves the UK, South Africa, Australia, Singapore and Indonesia.
"On behalf of the Woven leadership team, I would like to welcome Jackie Naughton and her team to the Woven family," said Cyril Molitor, chief executive of Woven.
"Under Jackie’s leadership, BYC Aqua Solutions has established itself as a highly respected business with global reach.
"We look forward to working with Jackie and the BYC Aqua Solutions team as we continue to grow and execute on our strategy."

Woven’s acquisition of BYC Aqua Solutions follows their recent acquisition of tPoint Solutions Limited.
