News : Overseas Call Centre Impacts Broadband ISP Choice -- Survey
London, UK, June 20, 2016 -- The location and quality of a UK broadband provider's call centre can have a significant impact on consumer satisfaction and choice, according to a survey by ISPreview.co.uk.
The survey found that over one third (35%) of broadband customers rate their provider's call centre as 'poor' and the majority (83%) would be discouraged from joining a broadband provider if their call centre was overseas.
