Burlington, Mass. April 16, 2015 -- Panviva, a provider of business process guidance software used for customer relationship management (CRM) and performance support for training and development, appointed David Pietropaolo Vice President of Sales, North America. Immediate priorities for Pietropaolo include building out the sales team to capitalize on enterprise demand for Panviva’s cloud-based software, capturing share in established and new market segments, and extending Panviva’s market reach through joint selling with systems integrators (SI), value-added resellers (VAR), and independent software vendors (ISV) partners. Pietropaolo is based at the company’s North American headquarters near Boston.
Pietropaolo joins Panviva from Trillium Software, a Harte Hanks Company (NYSE: HHS). While there he held leadership roles in direct sales, global alliances and business development. He contributed to corporate growth for more than 15 years by developing strategic partnerships and launching numerous solutions in key strategic markets including cloud, CRM, and master data management (MDM).
