News : Patrick Call Center Adding 300 Jobs
Stuart, VA, Dec 12. 2014 -- A company with a call center in Patrick County has announced plans to add more than 300 employees at that facility.
The workforce expansion at The Result Companies’ contact center in Stuart will begin this month, according to a company news release issued Monday. As part of the hiring process, which will include people needed as customer service agents, a job fair is scheduled next Wednesday in Stuart.
Stuart has been home to the contact center since 2006, which is one of nine centers operated across the U.S. by The Results Companies, including a facility in Galax. The 20-year-old company also has branches in Mexico, Costa Rica and the Philippines.
The addition of employees at the center in Stuart, located at 105 Progress Drive, is occurring in order to accommodate present and future growth needs for Results’ customer service and sales operations. These serve a client base largely made up of Fortune 500 companies, according to the news release.
"Stuart has been a significant contributor to The Results Companies’ success and our emergence as a premier customer experience provider," Site Operations Director Joe Hatley said in a statement.
