PCCI Group, a provider in customer experience and operations outsourcing, announced that it has relocated its international headquarters to Central Park Towers in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The expansion is in response to strong client demand and customer base in the Middle East, which the company has witnessed in the last quarter.
Through its office in DIFC, PCCI Group will provide an end-to-end customer experience strategy design, in combination with outsourced operational delivery solutions, to customers in the UAE and across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
