News : PCG Public Partnerships, LLC Multi-Lingual Call Center Now Open in Seattle
Boston, MA, USA, Feb. 23, 2016 -- PCG Public Partnerships, LLC, opened its new SeaTac Multi-Lingual / Multi-Cultural Call Center on November 2, 2015. This center supports the upcoming Washington State Department of Social and Health Services self-direction program, Individual Provider One (IPOne), which will launch in March of 2016. This program will provide payroll services to in-home providers.
SeaTac supports English, Russian, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Ukrainian, Korean, Somali, Cambodian, Arabic, Tagalog, and Lao with a staff of fifty local representatives. Spanish is supported out of the Public Partnership's Phoenix Call Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Additional languages are planned as customer demand dictates. All of the call center staff hired in the facility are required to be bilingual in one of the target languages.
