The Forrester Wave™: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Suites For Large Organizations, Q1 2015, in which Forrester ranks nine vendors with the most significant CRM suites;The Gartner Magic Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks, in which Gartner evaluated 11 providers; and
The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Intelligent Business Process Management Suites (iBPMS), in which Gartner evaluated 15 vendors.
Pega believes its position in all three reports is due to the company's ability to help global enterprises intelligently automate processes as well as connect front office CRM applications with back-office operations to master complexity, achieve scale, quickly evolve and enhance customer experience.
The Forrester Wave: CRM Suites for Large Organizations, Q1 20151 includes findings to help application development and delivery professionals supporting CRM operations select the right partner for their customer engagement initiatives. Pega's software offering received the highest score of all reviewed vendors in three categories, including Customer Service, Financial Performance and Technology and Architecture. Pega is also tied for the highest scores in four categories: Business Intelligence, Customer Data Management, Product Strategy, and Deployment Size and Options. Forrester cites Pega's ability to empower customer service organizations to predictively engage with customers. The report states, "Pega's CRM strategy is to leverage its strengths in business process management and case management to manage the end-to-end customer journey in real-time, across communication channels, with predictive analytics for next-best-action capabilities."
In the BPM-Platform Based Case Management Frameworks report, Gartner notes, "BPM-platform-based case management frameworks are configurable 'apps' meant to help solution architects accelerate the delivery of unique and flexible case management solutions."2 The Gartner iBPMS report focuses on "the natural evolution of the BPMS market, adding more emphasis on support for greater system and human intelligence within business processes."3 Pega is named a Leader in both reports based on its ability to execute and completeness of vision.
