London, UK, April 9, 2018 -- Customer experience software firm MaritzCX has appointed Chase Petrey as chief operating officer for Europe.
Petrey previously held the role of vice-president of Asia-Pacific for the company, co-founding and leading its Australian business in Sydney. Prior to that, he was product manager on a partner secondment at Salmat, responsible for its voice of the customer business.
In his new role, he replaces Oliver Kipp, who was recently named chief customer officer. Based in MaritzCX’s UK office in London, he will oversee departments including platform services and marketing sciences as well as the company’s contact centre.
