News : Pets Best Announces 24/7 Pet Helpline
Boise, Idaho, March, 2017-- Pets Best Insurance Services, LLC, (Pets Best) a U.S. pet insurance agency based in Boise, Idaho, is pleased to announce a new benefit to policy holders, the 24/7 Pet Helpline powered by whiskerDocs(R).
Now, pet owners can speak with veterinary experts day or night. This 24-hour access to veterinary consultation services is available to all Pets Best policyholders to help in the event of an emergency, to provide home care advice, or to learn about behavioral or preventative care recommendations.
"There are instances when you suspect a medical issue with your pet, but don't know if you should rush to the veterinarian or not," said Dr. Jack Stephens, a veterinarian and founder of Pets Best. "This new resource for pet owners will provide a convenient, efficient way to get questions answered quickly. We're not diagnosing, but rather helping educate our customers about the decisions they need to make on behalf of their beloved pets."
"At Pets Best, we continually strive to better serve our customers, and their pets," said Chris L. Middleton, president of Pets Best. "Whether it's an urgent or a casual question about their pet, we can now help."
