Physicians Immediate Care, also known as Physicians Urgent Care, is a Midwest provider in urgent care and occupational health services with over 40 locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
The healthcare provider selected a blended system in Noble Contact Center to manage inbound and outbound contacts and appointment setting for its growing network of clinic locations. Advanced management and reporting tools will give them more effective control of programs and better use of resources.
