Physicians Immediate Care, also known as Physicians Urgent Care, is a Midwest provider in urgent care and occupational health services with over 40 locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. 

The healthcare provider selected a blended system in Noble Contact Center to manage inbound and outbound contacts and appointment setting for its growing network of clinic locations.
