News : Plastic Repair Specialist Launches New Customers Software
Oct 8, 2014 -- A national plastic repair specialist has released a unique customer repair reporting system called VisibilITy.
The Bovey Tracey company, which repairs damaged surfaces for housebuilders and construction companies in the UK, has in part benefitted from growth in a resilient housing market which is seeing the biggest surge in development for more than a decade.
During the recession, the company invested in customer-centric IT systems, which helped to develop customer loyalty, and as these customers are now experiencing increased workloads, Plastic Surgeon has provided them with a new tool to help control and limit damage on busy building sites.
Managing director Rob Mouser said: "The new VisibilITy reporting system, developed by our in-house team of developers, allows our customers to track their repair jobs in the same way that you can track a parcel delivery.
"Customers log into VisibilITy, rather than having to phone our Call Centre or wait for us to answer an email, and see how long it took for us to get a job booked in with one of our Finisher teams, the time of day when it will be carried out, and by who.
"Then, as we have now equipped all of our finishers with tablets with cameras, customers will also be able to view before and after images of any repair job, as well as all associated paper-work in downloadable format."
