News : Pompilio Roselli joins Xura as Managing Director for Latin America
São Paulo, Brazil 26th January 2016 -- Xura, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESG), a provider of digital communications services, has appointed Pompilio Roselli, as Managing Director for Latin America. With extensive experience working with mobile carriers in the region, Roselli will drive Xura’s strategy, market share and growth, specifically for the company’s Digital Communications and Monetization business lines, while taking responsibility for regional sales, business development and operations.
Having held senior sales and management roles for the past 20 years, Roselli has built strong relationships with local carriers and enterprises, which will extend to Xura, as he helps build the company’s profile and position in the region. He has a wealth of expertise managing successful teams, including coordinating the integration of large messaging platforms within his customers, as well as driving new sources of business and revenue streams.

Prior to Xura, Roselli worked as General Manager for the Myriad Group in LATAM, where he managed to grow the business significantly with the expansion of USSD services, alongside the migration of white label messaging services to an OTT instant messaging service, reaching over 10 million followers, which was combined with the launch of mobile social network services like Twitter and Facebook over SMS. Before Myriad Roselli worked at One Brasil (Band TV co.), Modu (handset manufacture) and Celltick (cell broadcast co.).
