Port Talbot, Wales, Oct 30, 2015 -- A Port Talbot software firm is creating 20 jobs as it focuses on developing new markets.
Vizolution, which has its headquarters in Baglan Energy Park, has received a funding package from the Welsh Government which includes grant support and repayable business finance.
It will enable the firm to expand into new markets both in the UK and internationally and recruitment for developers is already under way.
The company specialises in digital customer engagement solutions that allow contact centre staff to remotely and securely share visual information with customers on a real time basis during a call.
Bill Safran, CEO of Vizolution said, "It has been a hugely exciting 12 months for Vizolution with record sales.
"As such it is vital for us to grow the team to ensure that we can support existing and new clients over the coming years.
We are very grateful to the Welsh Government for their support and also to the team at Broomfield & Alexander for advising us on the grant application. This injection of funds will enable us attract the very best talent to our technology centre in Port Talbot."
Economy Minister Edwina Hart said: "I am pleased that support from the Welsh Government is helping a business in one of our key sectors to expand in Wales and move up to the next level, creating highly skilled jobs. It secures a fast growing technology company in Wales and represents a strategic investment for the ICT sector in Wales."
