News : Portugal Telecom to Open Call Centre in Castelo Branc
June 26, 2014 -- Portugal Telecom and the Municipality of Castelo Branco have signed an agreement for the opening of a new call centre for customers, creating 150 jobs by the end of the year, reports Dinheiro Vivo.
The new centre, which will occupy the premises of the old Social Security call centre closed in December 2012, will support the customer service operations and sales.
Portugal Telecom has been operating a centre in Castelo Branco since 2006, which employs about 600 people.
