News : PPI Claims Company Set to Create 80 New Jobs in Newcastle
Newcastle, UK, Sept 20, 2016 -- Around 80 new jobs are to be created at a Newcastle company specialising in mis-sold payment protection insurance.
Allay, which currently employs 20 call centre staff at its headquarters on Trafalgar Street , is looking to boost its Newcastle team on the back of growing demand for its services.
The new jobs will mean Allay has a total of 240 people working across its centres in Newcastle, the North West and Wales.
The company is working with Solutions Recruitment to identify and train suitable candidates to work on the PPI side of its business, which is expected to see strong growth due to a June 2019 deadline being proposed for people submitting such complaints.

Allay – whose owners have been working in the PPI field since 2007 - has also expanded into other claims areas, including flight delays, mis-sold solar panels and alarm systems, packaged bank accounts, and timeshare and holiday club membership.
