News : Mindpearl Awarded Pennytel's Contact Centre Outsourcing Contract
Mindpearl, international BPO/Contact Centre provider, has been awarded Pennytel’s contact centre outsourcing contract. By partnering with Mindpearl, Pennytel’s contact centre operations have successfully been re-located from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Suva, Fiji.
Fiji is an emerging high quality BPO and captive call centre destination, which was recently recognised as a 2013 finalist in the Outsourcing Destination of the Year awards presented by the UK’s National Outsourcing Association. Mindpearl has been operating from this rapidly growing BPO delivery location for English language since 2009.
