News : Probe Group Receives Noble Systems’ SNUG ‘Innovations Award’
Sydney, Australia, June 16, 2015 -- Noble Systems Corporation, a global provider in unified contact centre technology solutions, granted its "Innovations Award" to Probe Group, a provider of outsourced customer management solutions, at the 2015 Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) APAC conference – a gathering of Noble Systems clients and partners – held last month in Australia’s Gold Coast.
Probe Group was recognised with the Innovations Award for the company’s continuous improvement through the use of virtual inbound and outbound capability across multiple onshore and offshore locations, allowing Probe to offer more efficient services to their customers. Probe has also deployed workforce optimisation tools, which has enabled the group to deliver consistent levels of customer service by ensuring the correct number of skilled service agents are available to respond to customer inquiries regardless of channel and time of day.
