News : Progressive Selects Accenture Duck Creek Software
New York, NY, USA, April 29, 2015 -- Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced that The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies ("Progressive") has selected Accenture Duck Creek's policy and rating software to support its property and casualty commercial lines business and serve as a foundational platform for growth. Progressive is turning to Accenture Duck Creek software’s product configuration toolset and functionality to facilitate rapid product deployment and improve customer service and operational excellence by providing a common platform for policy, underwriting and rating.
Progressive’s goal is to make it easier to do business with its independent agents and customers. To accomplish that, Accenture Duck Creek will provide Progressive with a "single point of change" for managing product and business rules across its online, agency and call center channels. The new platform will also allow Progressive customers to access their information through their preferred channel.
