News : PSEG Long Island Cuts Ribbon at Seaford Customer Service Center
Seaford, NY, Sept 30, 2014 -- Officials from PSEG Long Island were joined today by local and state leaders at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Seaford Customer Service Center. The new service center, located at 3524 Merrick Road, Seaford, New York, features a new lobby design and teller system which will make a customer’s visit more efficient. Having convenient, neighborhood service centers furthers the utility’s commitment to provide an enhanced customer experience.
"Opening a Customer Service Center in Seaford provides our customers on the South Shore another convenient location to do business with us," said Dan Eichhorn, vice president of Customer Services. "In addition to much needed upgrades that we’ve made this year to our call center technology, which allows us to answer customers more quickly and efficiently, we recognize that many of our customers prefer an in-person interaction."
