News : PT Inovacao Develops NetQ Network Resolution System
Lisbon, Portugal, Nov 30, 2015 -- Portugal's PT Inovacao has developed NetQ, a platform for testing, diagnosing, troubleshooting and problem solving for fixed, mobile and over-the-top networks.
With NetQ, the first call resolution was improved. NetQ also reduced the average call centre time, field force cost, truck roll interventions, call centre training and the fault recurrence rate.
