News : QIB Opens New Branch at Medina Centrale
Doha, Qatar, March 11, 2015 -- Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has opened a new branch at The Pearl-Qatar.
The opening is part of the bank’s expansion strategy to provide better services to customers and comes as QIB seeks to attract new customers in all vital areas and strategic locations throughout the country, according to a statement.
The new branch is located in Medina Centrale, Al Hamra Street, Gate 9, the town centre of The Pearl-Qatar.
Customers will be able to open a variety of bank accounts, apply for a suite of financing, debit and credit cards, discuss a host of Takaful services and consult on other Islamic banking services with a specialised team of staff.
"The new addition will allow us to better serve our customers and enhance our strategic vision in terms of offering comprehensive banking services to people from all walks of life. Those services, coupled with our continuous investment in alternative channels, such as online banking, our mobile banking application, our call centre and IVR, help QIB provide a seamless banking experience and offer premium services to customers," said D Anand, general manager of QIB’s Personal Banking Group.
