News : Qtrade Investor Takes Gold for Customer Service
Vancouver, BC, Canada, Jan. 30, 2015 -- Qtrade Investor achieved a gold standard of customer service throughout 2014, providing significantly faster response times than the bank-owned brokerages, according to the results of a year-long mystery shopping program conducted by research firm Surviscor. The results of the assessment were released on January 29.
To achieve a gold standard in the program, a brokerage has to respond to mystery-shopper email enquiries quickly – within two to four hours – and accurately. Qtrade Investor has consistently been a top performer in the annual assessment, achieving overall first place rankings for 2013 and 2012.
