News : Qualfon Adds Steve Tippetts as Vice President of Business Development
Mexico City, Mexico, May 31, 2016 -- Qualfon, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company and global provider of contact center services, announced the appointment of Steve Tippetts as Vice President of Business Development. Tippetts brings nearly 20 years of experience in the BPO industry and has spent the past five years in sales and account management, building long-term relationships. His expertise crosses many industries including healthcare, transportation, insurance, and communications.
Prior to his transition to sales and account management in 2010, Tippetts worked as Project Manager, SBU Manager, Ghana Site/Country Manager, Global Services EMEA Region Manager, and Vice President of International Operations. He brings to Qualfon proven capabilities in relationship management, integration management, lean Six Sigma process refinement and re-engineering, expense reduction, standardization/best practices and incentive compensation.

Tippetts earned his MBA from Southern Southern Utah University and a bachelor’s degree from University of Utah. He is also Six Sigma green belt certified. He resides in Sandy, Utah and has four children.
