Tokyo, Japan, Feb 20, 2018 -- Rakuten Communications, a subsidiary of global innovation provider Rakuten Inc., headquartered in Tokyo, and cloud communications provider, Content Guru Ltd., have entered into a strategic partnership to deliver connect storm cloud contact centre solutions into the Japanese market.
connect storm will support the portfolio of storm(R) applications and will target the Japanese cloud contact centre market, which is set to rise to 39% of overall contact centre seats in the country by 2020.
