News : Zen3 Launches The Tangram Content and Social Intelligence Platform
London, UK, November, 2015 -- The Tangram Content and Social Intelligence Platform has been launched by Zen3, which counts Steve Endacott as its non-executive chairman.
When applied to online video, the system transcribes any speech and then embeds and highlights key words which then improves the website’s SEO.
By recognising key words and listing them on the site, it also allows consumers watching the video to click on anything of interest, activating a link that takes them direct to the relevant section of the video.
The system can also be used for call centre training, replacing the traditional method of staff listening in to employees’ phone calls.
