Libson, Portugal, June 14, 2017 -- Reditus has received two awards from APCC for the fourth consecutive year, which reflects the recognition of the quality of its Contact Center services.
The CTT and CTT Expresso lines, managed by Reditus, were awarded, at the APCC Best Awards 2017 event, with silver and bronze medals, respectively, in the "Transportation, Distribution and Logistics" category.
The prizes awarded jointly to Reditus and CTT recognize the implementation and adoption of good Corporate Practices by both Companies in the Contact Center activity in Portugal - in terms of strategic, operational and technological management, as well as in terms of human capital, contributing to the recognition and appreciation of the overall business sector.
