News : ResQ Set for Recruitment Drive After Record Year
Yorkshire, UK, Aug 5, 2016 -- Hull-based outsourced communications business ResQ has reported its best-ever year of trading, with the creation of 1,200 new jobs expected over the next three years.
Advised by accountancy firm Mazars, the turnover and profitability has grown at ResQ thanks to a number of operational enhancements which have driven organic growth.

The expansion is also being fuelled by customers who are returning contracts from overseas.
Chief executive Nic Marshall said: "We met all of our objectives for the year – improved financial results, enhanced operational efficiencies and most importantly heightened levels of client satisfaction, which have in turn contributed to our stable growth.
"2015 was a transformational year for us and we have our sights firmly set on continued expansion and job creation in 2016.
"We have secured significant investment which has enabled us to open a new call centre in the North East of England which will accommodate our continued contract successes and eventually enable us to double the capacity of the business."
