San Diego, CA, USA, Sept 1, 2015 -- Restaurant Revolution Technologies, Inc. (RRT), a provider of order management, call center and technology solutions for restaurants helping them to manage and optimize their off-premises orders, announced the launch of their call center service with fresh&co, a healthy and organic fast casual chain with locations in New York City. To date, fresh&co has implemented RRT’s call center services as well as the patent pending takeout order processing and management solutions to fulfill the chain’s takeout orders. RRT will manage phone orders for the chain, allowing fresh&co staff to focus on in-house customer service.
