The integration now allows RewardStream clients who use the proprietary "Spark™" referral software the ability to convert referred prospects directly into inbound leads in their Salesforce.com CRM for follow-up, streamlining the customer acquisition process for new leads coming from referrals.
Spark™ is a proprietary referral marketing software that is used by some of the world’s largest brands to facilitate, track and reward referrals from existing customers that lead to purchases from new customers.
