In both reports, RingCentral was named a Leader.
IDC estimates that worldwide UCaaS service provider revenue, including Over the Top (OTT) providers, will reach $16.1 billion in 2024 in its Worldwide UCaaS Service Provider Forecast, 2020–2024 (Aug 2020).
