News : Rio Rancho Call Center Announces Addition of New Jobs
Rio Rancho, NM, USA, June 2, 2015 -- Gov. Susana Martinez and officials of Convergys Customer Care Management Group Inc. announces that the international firm will add as many as 250 new jobs at its call-center operation in Rio Rancho.
The Cincinnati-based Convergys also operates a call center in Las Cruces, which recently announced an expansion of an estimated 200 jobs. A company official said the two New Mexico facilities currently employ nearly 800 people.
