News : Robi Deploys New Software Solution
Dhaka, Bangladesh, Oct 17, 2018 -- Digital services provider Robi has recently deployed gPlex(R) solution to power its contact centers.
The gPlex(R) Contact Center system is a software service product from the USA, said a press release.
Under a recently signed agreement between Robi and Genuity System Ltd - a Bangladeshi technology company will provide gPlex(R) Contact Center solution based services to Robi for five years.
This software solution is expected to raise the level of efficiency in handling customer queries. It focuses on providing customized solutions to its clients based on latest digital technology. Adopting this solution also demonstrates Robi’s unwavering commitment to digitalise the company.
