Moscow, Russia, April 11, 2018 -- Russian company Rostelecom Call-Centre, a subsidiary of the national operator Rostelecom, in cooperation with the company Tekhnoserv Consulting, a subsidiary of the integrator Tekhnoserv, has provided the VTB bank with a remote banking service, reports Cnews,ru. The service is based on the Omnichat platform from Rostelecom Call-Centre.
The service enables customer to contact the bank over over chat on the mobile application and web. The service is integrated with the internal Oracle Siebel CRM system of the bank and optimises work of support staff.
