News : Rostelecom to Run e-Government Call-centre in Kemerovo
The national operator will provide call-centre services giving information about e-government services to residents in the Kemerovo region.
The regional call centre of the national operator was launched in Siberia in 2011; it has served 220,000 customers since launch.
