News : Rostelecom Upgrades Call Centre of Perm Power Company
Moscow, Russia, Sept 2, 2015 -- Russian national operator Rostelecom has completed the upgrade of the call-centre of the Perm power supply company Permenergosbyt.
The capacity of the telephone exchange used by the corporate call-centre has been tripled, raising the number of calls processed and reducing waiting time.
