News : Bridgetec Corp. Develops Voice Detection Software for Call Center
Seoul, South Korea, March 9, 2016 -- South Korea’s Kosdaq-listed Bridgetec Corp. said it has developed a voice recognition solution for call centers that is expected to help prevent data breaches of personal information and shorten the identification process.
"Our voice identification technology was initially developed for Internet-only banks that have to solicit customers without a face-to-face meeting," said Bridgetec CEO Lee Sang-ho. "But demand for our solution from traditional banks has recently increased as they also have been preparing the service allowing their customers to open bank accounts on the Internet."
