San Bruno, CA, Nov 18, 2014 -- Bright Pattern announces the incorporation of video channels for sales and customer service as part of the Rich Contact Experience functionality (combination of media channels over a single customer connection) in the ServicePattern cloud contact center platform.
Generally available in Q1 2015.
