San Francisco, CA, USA, Dec 13, 2016 -- Salesforce [NYSE: CRM], a Customer Success Platform and CRM company, delivered LiveMessage, ushering in conversational service through its Service Cloud. LiveMessage personalizes service communication by providing any company with the ability to engage customers via messaging apps like Facebook Messenger or SMS/MMS, directly within Service Cloud.
