News : Samsung Electronics America Names SVP of Customer Service
April 14, 2014 -- Ridgefield Park-based Samsung Electronics America Inc. named Fort Lee-resident Rajiv Mehta senior vice president of customer service.
Mehta, who served as vice president of customer service at Samsung Electronics America since 2011, will continue to work in the company's customer service division and be responsible for Samsung's call center, field and depot operations and warranty administration. Mehta has been responsible for all customer operations in the United States since 2011. Mehta also oversees the company's Quality Assurance Lab, according to a news release.
Prior to joining Samsung, Mehta was in charge of the sales and business development for Sears Home Services and worked on supply-chain management and sales for Motorola.
