News : Samsung Opens New Service Centre with Singhagiri
Feb. 1, 2014 -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a global provider in digital convergence technologies, recently opened one more Customer Service Centre (CSC) in collaboration with Singhagiri Ltd.
Inaugurated on January 10, 2014, the Customer Service Centre will be located in the main Samsung showroom on Darley Road and will enhance the convenience of customers while adding greater value to their shopping experience with Samsung.
Present at the occasion were Samsung India Electronics Limited Managing Director H. K. Chang; Singhagiri Limited Managing Director Mano Marasinghe; Singhagiri Limited Managing Director Anusha Marasinghe and Samsung India Electronics Limited Service Manager Chaminda Sulochana.
Mr. Chang commenting on the opening of the new Customer Service Centre said, "The opening of another Samsung Customer Service Centre in Sri Lanka demonstrates our commitment to offer our customers the utmost support and service levels they should demand from a globally reputed brand such as Samsung. We are privileged to partner Singhagiri Pvt Ltd., in a strategic initiative to leverage on joint synergies in retail.
