Budapest, Romania, April, 2019 -- Samsung Romania said it started providing support services through a new local call centre operated by Sykes Enterprises, the same company that offers group call centre services for Samsung in Europe, according to local paper Ziarul Financiar citing the company. Romania is among the first European countries in which this support service is launched by the South Korean company.
The centre will offer nonstop support services for local customers who have Samsung smartphones and portable gadgets. Galaxy users will receive permanent support through the Samsung Members app and customers will be able to call a support line that is available non-stop.
The investment made in the call centre is a considerable one, consisting of additional human resources working in three shifts, 7 days a week.
Samsung users who will call their dedicated customer service number will automatically be taken over by a technical assistant who will provide answers to encountered problems or specialised help and tips on using Samsung products.
