"Comms is often the biggest challenge when it comes to upgrading IT as it’s an aspect of business that is highly visible and that everyone interacts with" said James Greene, Group IT Manager, SAS International.
"The benefits of using Fuze are widespread and we’re expecting to see ROI within 12 months. We’re already planning the expansion of Fuze across our contact centre and custom integrations with our other critical business systems."
"Fuze is often a lightbulb moment for organizations like SAS International, which have suffered with failing communications and IT infrastructure for years," commented Kris Wood, VP EMEA, Fuze.
"Connecting mobile workers and global offices doesn’t need to be a complicated or expensive process. The cloud gives enterprises the ability to choose what they need and pay for what they use, while enjoying multiple rewards including enhanced efficiency, financial savings and improved collaboration."
