News : ScreenSteps Earns Top Award for Live Agent Support Solution at ContactCenterWorld’s 2022 Americas Competition

Orlando, FL -- ScreenSteps, a knowledge base and training software solution, received the top award for Best Technology Innovation Award Vendor – Live Agent Support Solution at ContactCenterWorld’s 17th Annual Best in North and South America last week.

The 2022 Top Ranking Performers Awards attracted over 2,000 entries from over 80 nations. Now in its 17th year, these awards are regarded by many as the most prestigious awards in the industry. Many refer to the awards as being the Olympics for the customer service industry as it's not just company competing against company, but nation against nation.

The Global Top Ranking Performers Awards are the ultimate industry awards for the contact center industry and are exclusively available from ContactCenterWorld.com – the Global Association for Contact Center & Customer Engagement Best Practices with around 215,000 members in 200 countries.

As part of the conference at the end of June, industry leaders and experts presented call center best practices. On the first day of the conference, ScreenSteps CEO Greg DeVore presented 11 tips for designing knowledge guides that "let any agent handle any call, of any complexity, without putting the customer on hold or making a mistake."

It was the first time ScreenSteps participated in the ContactCenterWorld conference and competition.

Call center companies first compete against each other in their different regions. Then the winners of each region are invited to compete in the world competition. This year, the ContactCenterWorld worldwide competition will take place in Malta from November 28 to December 2.
