News : Search is on for the 2014 Contact Center Industry Champion!
The World! August 28th 2014. The annual ContactCenterWorld (www.ContactCenterWorld.com) Industry Champion search is on! This award is presented to the person our members consider the most influential this past year. It's awarded by country and all winners are presented with their award live at the 2014 Top Ranking Performers 'Best in the World' Awards Gala dinner Nov 14th in Las Vegas.
For several years ContactCenterWorld has been searching for and recognizing Industry Champions - those who help elevate the industry through best practice sharing, giving back and being a true Industry Champion.
There is no cost to enter these awards and the winners are based mostly on votes by members of the contact center world community and a submission paper. Past winners around the World have included many industry leaders and this award is particularly of value as its voted for by the industry members.
