Boldon, UK, June, 2017 -- Boldon-based contact centre business EC Outsourcing has made two senior appointments as it continues to grow into new territories.
Aimee Clifton has joined as marketing manager and has been tasked with supporting the company through its anticipated phase of growth and acquisitions.
Joining from Newcastle-based Winn Solicitors, Clifton said: "Undeterred by its longer standing rivals, EC already has a strong and consistent brand that has helped cement its position as a growing and credible contender in the world of North East contact centres.

Deborah Keirl has joined EC as head of learning and development, having previously worked with the likes of software giant Sage.
