News : Staff at We Fight Any Claim Celebrate
Cwmbran, Wales, Dec 7, 2015 -- Staff and management at We Fight Any Claim, the Cwmbran-based call centre, are celebrating after being awarded the highest level of award under the Investors in People standard, as they were deemed to be Gold standard.
Torfaen MP Nick Thomas-Symonds officially unveiled the company’s IIP award during a visit to the offices.
We Fight Any Claim, which employs more than 650 people at its headquarters in Llantarnam, was assessed and awarded the standard in August by the IIP team working on behalf of the Welsh Government.
The IIP assessor noted: "The organisation has a very warm and welcoming feel and many staff talked about this during interviews. It certainly is an organisation, which uplifts morale and where all people feel truly valued for their contributions to organisational success. The assessor was very impressed by the positive attitude displayed by everyone interviewed and their firm commitment to the work of WFAC. Senior managers, in turn, are fully committed to creating a positive climate, for everyone involved, to work, learn and develop in."
Managing director of We Fight Any Claim, Simon Chorlton, said: "We have spent a great deal of time and effort, and made financial investment, in creating the best environment we can for our most valuable asset here at We Fight Any Claim, our people.
