News : ServiCom Hosting Job Fair, 300 Positions Available
Rockford, IL, USA, Nov 11, 2015 -- With the holidays getting closer, some are getting the chance to make a little extra cash at a local call center.
ServiCom is expanding both of its locations and is looking to hire more than 300 workers by the end of the year. A job fair will be held at the Community Action Pathways Building located at 20 Eclipse Center in Beloit.
Applicants are asked to dress professionally and come prepared for a two-hour process.
ServiCom is recruiting for the following positions:
• Customer Service Specialists - Inbound
• Promotions Agents
• Team Leaders and Supervisors

No experience is needed, however Customer Service and Call Center experience is a major plus. Requirements for hire include:
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass entry-level computer and customer service skills assessment
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to pass a criminal background investigation
