Danbury, CN, USA, March 15, 2016 -- IMS Health (NYSE:IMS) announced that Servier Russia, a Groupe Servier subsidiary, is deploying the Nexxus™ Mobile Intelligence CRM solution to drive the efficiency and performance of its sales force. Drawing from data sources that include IMS Health, client and third-party information, Nexxus MI curates insights that will enable Servier Russia’s commercial team to create precision conversations with customers across multiple channels for more productive engagement.
In addition, offline access to most Nexxus MI functions benefits customer-facing teams that spend significant time working in locations where connectivity may not be available. Servier Russia will leverage the IMS Health scalable cloud-based solution to execute effective commercial strategies for reaching the right customers across the right channels with the right messages.
