News : Servion Launches Australia Operations
Servion, a global provider in customer interaction management (CIM) and contact center management (CCM) technology solutions, officially launched its operations in Australia.
Mr Balakrishnan Kavikkal (Bala), CEO; Mr. Abhijit Banerjee, Vice President and Region Head, APAC, and Mr. Guru Vishwanath, Head, Client Engagement – Australia from Servion, hosted the launch event which took place at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins and was attended by over 40 clients, customers and industry partners.
The event was graced by Ms Kathy Coultas, A/g Director Technology Industries, Victorian Department of State Development, Business and Innovation (DSDBI).
