News : Sharpen Technologies Launches CX; New Programming Language
Sharpen Technologies, a contact center platform with an agent-first focus, announces the launch of .CX, a new programming language that empowers companies to provide complete customization in customer service. In conjunction with the Sharpen platform, .CX enables companies to build custom contact center solutions for voice, text and data to improve both the agent and customer experience.
